It may show up in the List archives, from prior experience.
The DB2 Messages manual explains that the reason code comes from TSM.
The TSM TDPs utilize the database's API on one side, and the TSM API
on the other side, to effect backup and restoral.  Thus, you should
look in the API manual for an explanation of the -50 ... which that
manual explains to be a TCP/IP failure to connect to the TSM server.
You might look in client error logs for leads; and the TSM server
Activity Log may well reveal the circumstances.
