Client: Windows 2000 Server:

I just tried an install for this version for SQL database backups and when
launching the GUI, receive the following message:

"ACO5421E Received the following from the MS COM component:
 Message text not available. HRESULT:0x80040154"

I tried the obvious and made sure that the help text files and proper
license file in place.  This is a new build and SQL server is not installed
yet.  In the past, that was not a problem in at least starting the GUI.
Could it be that SQL server needs to be installed first??

Any other suggestions??
