And for Gus... No problems making TSM work, but the fact is that we experience 
a lack of will to make implementations of new features in NetWare - such as 
GWTSA... just a little odd comment from my side ;)

I don't have a specific problem.  I was asked about implementing this.
I am already using Open File Manager but not the GWTSA.  Cannot find
documentation on the GWTSA.

It seems to be a common problem for many people to make Novell work
with TSM. But, as far as I know, we are doing TSM backups with GWTSA 6.0
with no problem and we are working to implement Open File Manager for
open file backup. If you can share more specific problems in
implementing GWTSA, we may help better. Good luck. Thanks.

GWTSA = GroupWise Target Service Agent ;)

It's an NetWare TSA module used to make an online backup of GroupWise
(only available in 6.0 - and I guess in the newest version to, 6.5)

I have asked several times about an road map for implementing this
feature... nothing but silence... Tried the nice way - then with a bit
of sarcasm - and the only replies is from people there have asked Tivoli
the same question, both here and directly.

Sorry, but it seems that Tivoli Developement isn't very keen on
supporting these features in Novell... Guess they are busy with ol' Bill
;)
