Prepare File Housekeeping

Does anyone have a shell script that deletes old Prepare
Plan files after they have been expired?  I keep the files
for 7 days, so I figure after 10 it should be safe to
delete the file.  I have been lazy lately and now I have
about 6 months of files to delete.
