Hi, Kentucky!  Florida here.

I do two a day, one onsite, the other offsite (via remote volumes).

Do fulls, is my opinion.  If you get to the point where you 'need' to do
incrementals because of time constraints for the fulls, what you really 'need'
to do is split your server.
