At 5.1 (not sure if this was here before) you can do something like:

Select * from license_details where license_name='MSEXCH'

to see which nodes are using TDP for Exchange.

I do a 'q license' and I find that there is one more server listed as using
TDPs than we have.
How can I find which server is supposedly using a license?  How can I cancel
that license use
on that server? (we need to use it on another instance instead of wherever
it is currently)
