its right, TSM server for Linux on z/series will be available with 5.2.
IBM told us that 5.2 will be available in May or June 03

Hi,

I'm looking at the possibility of installing a TSM server on Suse Linux that 
will be running on a mainframe (zSeries) and I'm wondering about the versions 
that support this.

I've found the following information on IBM's website:

TSM 5.1.5.x has only a backup/archive client for Suse Linux on zSeries

TSM 5.2 will both have a server and backup/archive client for Suse Linux on 
zSeries

Is this correct (only a TSM server as of TSM 5.2) and when will TSM 5.2 become 
available?

Mainframe is rather new to me.
