What we did, was 1) build a new server,  2) install but do not configure
TSM, 3) use DRM to restore the database from the 'old' server, on the 'new'
server, appropriately hacking the scripts drm uses. 4) check your work
before calling it good.

  And you are basically working.

It was a multiple month project here, but we were also upgrading library,
tsm server, version of tsm, and all tsm clients.
