This looks to be a result of older APARs (IC33840 and IC34693).
It looks like you are OK with the TSM Server level, but your client
needs to be updated to solve the problem.
I found this in a closed PMR:
"The message you are seeing is a result of not having the correct
client level.
.
Server apar # IC33840 ( fixed in 4.2.3.0 and 5.1.5.1)
and
client apar # IC34693 ( fixed in 5.1.5.2 and 4.2.3.1)
.
BOTH are required to correct summary table entries. If you don t
care about summary entries and you don t want to update your client
you can ignore this message."
