Tivoli pages will go down in some time.

TSM APARs are olready on IBM HomePages,
One way how to get there is :

http://www-3.ibm.com/software/sysmgmt/products/support/
        -> select IBM Tivoli Storage Manager
                -> select "Solutions"
and you will be presented a search page which includes APAR search.

You have to be registered to see this page,
if not you will be promted for registration.
