I've just received a request from a client admin for a TSM client version
to run on an AIX 5.2 client.  However, there is no version currently
supported for this level of OS.  Has anyone out there tried it yet, and if
so, how is it working for you?  My server is also AIX, currently 4.3.3
although we were also anticipating moving to new hardware and AIX 5.2 not
too far down the road.

Meanwhile, I'm suggesting to our admin that he goes ahead and tries out the
5.1 version that we've already tested; I figure that an unsupported backup
is better (hopefully!) than no backup at all.

Ideas would be greatly appreciated!
