Hmm...and I heard 5.1.5.4 from another support person.  Which in and of
itself is more telling--just what is ITSM communicating to their support
people on this?

5.1.6 is out, but judging by the comments of others on the list over the
past couple of days, I'm staying far away from it for the time being.

I had heard from a support call that 5.1.5.2 was the one to be at for
stability sake.  Issues with 5.1.5.3 & .4.  I believe .6 is out now as
well,
but not sure on it.

APAR IC34630 may describe your problem.  This was supposed to be fixed in
5.1.5.4 (I have not tested yet.) - but 5.1.5.4 was pulled so wait for next
patch.

If this is your problem, you can set the Schedule Service to "Restart the
Service" on first failure (Services, your schedule service, recovery) and
it
will restart.

My window 2000 server/TSM 5.1.5.0/Client 5.1.5.0 restarts, TSM server1
starts. But  windows' service of client schedule
can not start automatically as supposed, (windows shows a message of one
service application does not start.....)
it has to be started manually. Anybody met this problem?
