Richard was right (Thanks Richard!).
My sql query finished. It found the deleted files.
The server thinks the files are still active.

I'm going to rename the file space and ask the customer
to run a fresh backup. After a few weeks I'll remove
the renamed file space. I see no other way to get rid
of these false references in the server.
