Hello all, I have a question regarding the node parameter MAXNUMMP. Does
this affect only tape mounts or does it affect sequential file mounts also?
The reason I ask is that on several NT servers that have more than one
partition I set the dsm.opt parameter resourceutilization to a number of 1 +
the number of partitions thinking that it would run multiple sessions, one
for each partition. Now all my nodes are set for MAXNUMMP = 1 which is the
default. Would this parameter limit the number of sequential mount points
for these nodes to 1 thereby negating the resourceutilization parameter?
