The last time I looked at this, I saw that it did use TSM as a 2nd
level store, but it doesn't use the HSM client. Instead it uses archive
and the product database keeps track of what documents are in what
archives.

I was not refering to the IBM product(s) and they actual have a few
different ones that use TSM for content and document management. Both
of these people where using anoyther company's product called SPARCS. I
am not sure who the manufacturer is. I had to have very little
interaction with the product itself since both customers had onsite
support people for that part of the projects.
