Mac OSX Version 5.1.5.1 just quits

We have the Mac OSX version of the TSM installed.  The problem is when you
open the TSM Mac X Backup, it requests your local admin password and then
just quits without error.  I've already uninstalled and reinstalled and made
sure we have the latest client.  Any ideas?
