Hi all,

Has anybody had a resolution to failed restores, with the lines like the
following shown in the dsmerror.log:

 10/29/2002 10:02:09
 The 942th code was
 found to be out of
 sequence.
 The code (2013) was
 greater than
 (1197), the next
 available slot in
 the
 string table.

 10/29/2002 10:02:09
 The 944th code was
 found to be out of
 sequence.
 The code (1535) was
 greater than
 (1199), the next
 available slot in
 the
 string table.

 10/29/2002 10:02:09
 The 1319th code was
 found to be out of
 sequence.
 The code (1993) was
 greater than
 (1574), the next
 available slot in
 the
 string table.

 10/29/2002 10:02:09
 fioWrite():
 Unrecoverable
 error: 21 Bytes
 left in
 receive buffer with
 a BLOCK_EOF sdb
 type.

At this point the restore fails.

The data is mainly coming from AIT2 data cartridges, from a server on a
SunE450.
The path is fibre from JNIC FCE2-6560 fibre channel cards to a Brocade
Silkworm, and thence to the
drives via Chaparral 1310 fibre-scsi routers.
