qmgr0.dat and qmgr1.dat in use

Subject: qmgr0.dat and qmgr1.dat in use

Anyone familiar with what this file is?  Can it be safely excluded from
backup?  (Windows 2000 SP3)

\qmgr0.dat': the object is in use by another process
