ESR (Electronic Service Request) will be unavailable for part (or possibly
all) of the change widow from Sat Nov 2 6:30 to 9:00AM EST.    DB2 fail
over testing is being done to improve the recovery processes, during
unplanned outages.    Please use voice reporting for any product support
problems, you need to submit during this period.    We apologize for the
inconvenience and are working to improve the quality of service received
from this site.
