The data on the tapes have to expire before it will change to a
vaultretrieve status or the tape as to get to the reclaimation value and
reclamation to occur using the primary tapes.

I'm testing the DRM but found difficulty to set the DR tapes from vault to
vaultret? I've set the drmdbb expiration to 0 and still cannot do it. Please
