List Server Members,
I encourage you to provide constructive feedback to the web folks.  They are
hot on the trail of fixing our issues.  Griping will is OK but it is not
what they need.  If a specific web page is difficult to understand, tell
them.  If the licensing stuff is not working correctly, let them know.

They really do want to make this a good tool.  They have bet the bank that a
good website will reduce their call volume, meaning quicker response to our
issues when they occur and the ability for all of us that typically like to
find the answers quickly and easily ourselves.

I have beat these people up to talk to us.  We owe them the courtesy of what
the issues are.  They are making progress in correcting bugs and making
changes to better fit our needs.  Yes, it is slow, but one day soon, they
will have a dam that will hold.
