Another alternative:
I have run into this before, but never when using the admin web GUI.
It seems to pass along the FSID information that is required to get the job
done.
(I am TSM 4.2.1.15...)

Try, delete filespace itgc2ashare 4 nametype=FSID
or this delete filespace itgc2ashare \\itcf2ashare\c$ nametype=unicode
There is an apar open about the server not being able to recognize unicode
filespace names. Not sure if the problem is fixed or not.
