Hi Del,

I wanted to thank you for responding. And I want to make it VERY clear
how much I and others on the list appreciate the fact that you and many
other TSM developers contribute your time and energy to making TSM a
quality product; I know you don't have to contribute at all and you do
it because you care. And I know this problem is not one you created.

I don't like to air problems of this type on the list, but I have no
avenues for getting it resolved except to make noise here - my local
Tivoli contact is just as frustrated and has no way to get it resolved
for their customers, either. And this has been going on for a week. So
I have to post here and hope that a responsible person like yourself
will forward the information somewhere where it can do some good,
wherever that is.

So again, please accept my thanks for your help.

I wanted to let everyone know that the parties controlling this
have been notified and they are currently looking into the issue.

The migration from tivoli.com to ibm.com has been a large effort
and some things are obviously not quite right yet.

We are sorry for any problems this has caused you.

Thanks,

Del
