Using move data commands this way will probably lead to many of the
primary pool tapes being mounted two or more times to copy data on
different copy pool tapes. You would probably end up with fewer tape
mounts if you deleted the copy pool volumes in the expiring canister
and then ran a 'backup stgpool' command to recopy the data that had
been in the canister.
