Also, if you have a Dr. Watson log (drwtsn32.log), that would be helpful,
too.

Which client component are you running? Command line interface? Scheduler
service? GUI?

Hi list,

I am getting the following error on a NT running TSM client 5.1.1.0 during
a backup operation:

'The instruction at "0x004844a2" referenced memory at "0x00000012". The
memory could not be "read".'

Please notice that the error always occurs when the backup reaches 1.2GB
or 1.3GB of backed up data. The backup size is 2.7GB for this particular
operation.

Also, there is an error at the dsmerror.log at this client saying that the
system cannot handle TCPBUFSIZE 256 and telling to put it to 63. I have
already done that, but the memory error remains.

Does anybody know what this is about ?

Any help is apreciated.

Thanks.
