Server has *default* password expiration period. On install it is 90 days
but you can change it.
Administrators/nodes by default *do not* have password expiration period
and use the server-default (90 days or the value you set with 'SET
PASSExp').
Example:
1. Server was installed and default is 90 days. All nodes/administrators
will use 90 days.
2. You register new node/administrator or update existing one for 30 days.
It will renew the password in 30 days and other will still use 90 days
period.
3. You update server-default with 'set passexp 60'. Node or admin updated
in step 2 will still use 30 days period but other will now renew their
passwords at 60 days periods.

Subject: Password Expiration

Hi all,
Do you know what is the time the password expires to a client if the
password expiration in security management is to 90 days and the nodes
have no limit?.
What is the function of the password expiration in security management
when all the nodes and administrators are set to nolimit (0)?
I suppose this parameter only works when there are not nodes or
administrators with a password time limit. Is this correct?
Thanks
