Oops. Sorry 'bout that -- I've been there, and could have sworn that was
what I did.

Other options:
1) Update libv <library> <volume> status=scratch followed by audit library
2) Checkout libv <library> <volume> remove=no checklabel=no (and possibly
force=yes)
