Another thing .......

Your pre-migrate percent is too high at 80%.  I don't
imagine that this would cause the problems that you
are having right now.  But, if you've got

high threshold=30
low threshold=10
pre-migrate %=80

that means that when the system is at 30% utilized, it
will kick off an automigrate, migrate your system down
until it is 10% utilized, then pre-migrate (which
writes the files to the space management pool, but
leaves them on your system) another 80% ??.  You don't
have another 80% to migrate.  At most your pre-migrate
percent can be 10, which would premigrate everything
else left on the disk.

I personally think your high and low thresholds are a
low.  Of course, I don't know how fast your system
grows, but somewhere in the 75% high down to 50% low
seems more reasonable.  Just my 2 cents worth though.
