If a file changes daily, you only keep "7" versions, so you will have at
most 7 copies...
on day 30 you only have days 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, & 29 to restore
from...
days 1-22 have expired due to "versions data exists" AND say the person
totally deleted the file on day 27, then on day 30 you only have the copies
from day 28 & 29 to restore from (on day 30).

I've attached my "retention.xls" spread sheet... now I did my tests long
ago
but things still function this way.

Oh, I just noticed I don't have any reference to my management class
settings ! ! !
YIKES, that spread sheet was based on my old favorite B7.3_R35.95_A35
where VDE = 7, VDD = 3, RE = 35, RO = 95
