Collocation and mount points

I turned on collocation last week and now I am getting this message:

ANR1082W Space reclamation terminated for volume 4A0023 - insufficient
number of mount points available for removable media.

I looked up the error message and it tells me:User Response: If necessary,
make more mount points available

Is this the same as mount limit for the server?  I see that you can specify
number of mount points for a node.  But how can you specify this for a tape?
