Changes introduced in end of May actually revert back to point-based 
pricing. Thus your prices should be per box, i.e. Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3.
NT with 1-4 processors is Tier 1, with 5 or more is Tier 2, etc.
While the price for TDP for MS SQL is close to one you have to pay for 
Tier 1, the price for B/A Client is few times higher.

Following the change to Tivoli's licensing structure in May, our reseller
prices have gone through the roof.  I am hoping to determine whether or 
not
we are being charged a 'similar' rate to everyone else.

What do you get charged for NT backup clients and TDP for MSSQL backup
clients?  We are being quoted approx. £450 / CPU for NT Backup client and
£735 / CPU for TDP for MSSQL.
