Your only real choice is to restore data from other applications (to
original machines if possible), and then have TSM backup the data. If you
can't restore data to their original homes, you would have to restore them
to staging servers and then backup/archive the data with TSM.

There's no market for any kind of 'converter' from one backup app's output
to another app's format; it would be a one-shot deal, and nigh-on impossible
in the case of an app that uses a database to track file locations (like
TSM).

This operation is complex enough that you might consider outsourcing the
work to someone who knows what they're doing and has the equipment to do it;
data conversion of this sort, done by those less capable, would be a
nightmare to unravel later.
