Subject: Sun Solaris 8 TSM 5.1.0.0 client scheduler dumps core upon starting to execute a schedule

I'm having a problem with the Sun TSM client (version 5.1.0.0) in that the
scheduler dumps core on commencement of executing a scheduled command (be it
Incremental or Command or whatever). I have traced the problem to the dsmagent
binary which dumps core immediately when run. Has anyone got this problem/know
of a solution?

Other AIX/HP-UX clients work fine (it is just the Sun client). Also I can
manually start the backup from the web interface without trouble.

Thanks in advance,
Charles
