.MSI Install error

Yo,

Trying to install a 4.2 client (tried 4.2.0_11 and 4.2.1_20) on a Win2K
box and am getting error 2755, 1632 related to the TSMC.msi.

I've searched the archives and verified that long file name support is
enabled. What else should I be looking for?
