Yes, that's true. But if you want to add more clients or more
functionality (such as add DRM if you didn't have it) then there
is a charge for that - the same as if you added them with 4.2.1.

Am I correct in believing that if a customer purchased TSM 4.2.1 two months ago
and they now want to upgrade to Version 5, that it is free?
I was told this by one of our distributors who said the upgrade is free if done
within 12 months of purchase. Is this correct?
