Paul,

Make sure you are running version 2.2.1.
(It is available on the ftp.software.ibm.com.)
You need to select a log in order to do a point in time restore.
Microsoft will stop replaying transactions
once it hits the point in time specified.
If it still fails, please call IBM support.
