Nope.. been a longtime annoyance of mine personally.. because you have to
setup 3 schedules for DB backups..

e.g.

schedule 1 - full backup on Saturday
schedule 2 - incremental backup on Sunday
schedule 3 - incremental backup on weekdays

Or in your case, 2 schedules

Schedule 1 - backup weekdays
Schedule 2 - backup saturday

Seems to me it'd be an easy thing for Tivoli to improve..

Another thing some people do is have a cronjob or admin schedule that does
an update schedule command to change the parameter at the appropriate time.
But it amounts to the same annoyance.
