Subject: Unload/Loaddb Question: what happens after a little time passes

I asked this before, but did not see an answer. I did a test
unload/load on my test server, and saw a 44% reduction in the database.
My selects ran with blazing speed, even on a much smaller box than the
production box. What I wanted to know, from people that have seen
significant reductions, how long do the benefits last? The database has
a percent changed of around 10% a day. It seems like this could quickly
make these benefits "go away", but if the same, or close, 10% of the
database changes, the benefits might stay awhile. I am trying to figure
out if I will need to do this again in 6 months, a year, or more, or
less. Thanks for any info. I know that, when I do this, I will find
out myself, but we are not doing it til July 4th weekend, and I just
wanted to get some idea what other people are seeing.
