do you use mount points to other drives such as a mount point in c:\ to point 
e:\

I came across this problem and reported it but no one from IBM (not local IBM) 
cared about

it because it was not real problem for me just a coincidence. (even in 4.2.1.32 
client which is quite stable)

Subject: DC client installation problem


Hi

I'm trying to install a TSM client on a test enviroment. I'm using a W2ksp2
Server DC with Exchange 2000 server.
I tried out client v4 and v5 but I always get the msg "The system can not
open the device or file specified" and instalation aborts.
Other w2k servers (not DC) installed perfectly client 5.

Any ideas?
