For aix, I don't believe that TSM works that way...removing a filesystem
(all activity stops...)
is different in TSM's eyes than removing a file (file(s) change
to inactive...delete policies take effect, etc)(from what I've seen).

reminder...if you archive from that filesystem, then you may not
be able to remove it (retention of archive files...), but
keep in mind the rename option...
