Hello,
        The file is tiny, a few bytes.  I built it for testing.  One of the
files I am actually trying to restore is about 250M.  None of them work.
:(  Versions of the files are as follows:

        TSA500.NLM - v5.01 (2/19/99)
        TSANDS.NLM - v5.00 (9/10/98)
        SMDR - v5.03 (3/12/99)
