We are just implementing TSM and I have been trying to get everything up
and running. Well, I was told to upgrade the microcode, when I did I
started getting I/O errors so I call Tivoli, who said it was a hardware
problem for me to contact my IBM rep. I read on the ADSM site that this
has happened before and it was the firmware causing the problem. I am
currently trying to down grade the code. I read on the ADSM site that 16E0
code worked well, so that is the code I am trying to load. The guy who
told me to upgrade the code was just another network administrator.

May I ask why did you upgrade to 22U0? I am asking this because IBM wants
us
to upgrade to 22U0 as well and they have told us that it is at engineering
code level so we were reluctant to go anyway. We are and have been
experiencing problems that opened a critsys ticket that initiated IBM want
to try 22U0.

Just wondering if anyone else has tried and experiencing 22U0.
