See "query occupancy", but you'll have to run it through a script to add it
up into one number.
Servergraph/TSM does this daily, and breaks it out by primary/copypool, and
by backups/ archives /HSM data - and also shows you the trend over time for
each of these, so you can see if something's starting to explode.
If you want to write your own script for this, look at
http://www.servergraph.com/techtip.shtml, which should help you get clean
query output.
