Terry, it looks like it was able to create the directory.  I deleted it and
restarted acsls and it did recreate it.

# pwd
/var/tmp
# ls -l
total 4
drwxr-xr-x   2 acsss    staff        512 Mar 28 11:11 acserrv
drwxrwxrwx   2 acsss    other       1024 Mar 28 11:12 acsls

But it still has errors and shuts down the acsls daemons.
