I am in a situation where I need to reassure a management team that TSM's
"incremental forever" strategy is sound.

My first impulse is to attempt to explain the differences between TSM and other
products, but everyone's eyes tend to glaze over quickly.
I guess it just isn't that interesting to some people, though I can't imagine
why.

Has anyone ever thrown together such a presentation, or is perhaps there some
material from Tivoli that might help?
