TDP For SQL 2.2 password errors

All,
After swicthing over from AIX to Sun on the TSM server (4.2.1.7) All the
nodes were able to connect to the new server, pick their schedule and be on
their marry way. Except for our TDP for SQL 2.2 clients. Recieve this
password error:

i:\scripts\tdplog.txt log file was pruned successfully.  Starting SQL
database backup...ACO5091E PASSWORDACCESS is Generate. Either the stored
password  is incorrect or there is no stored password. If you do  not have a
stored password, use of the -TSMPassword=xxx option  will set and store your
password.

From the DSMCUTIL Showpw command both client and Server show they have the
same password.

Also tried the -TSMPassword=xxx option with same results....

Del you out there.....help.....My Sql expert is out sick.....
