One thing to check is do this if there is no reclamation going on:
upd stg nt_tape recla=100
wait then for over one minute and then
upd stg nt_tape recla=60
Then look at actlog for last few minutes and see if there
are any error or informational messages .
If nothing and reclamation is not happening for this tape
then try a move data as someone else suggested.
