If you have an onsite tapepool then the tapes should mount automatically.
Otherwise try 'q req' from the TSM server session.

Not quite sure how to post a message to this list so I have just hit
reply on a post.  Please advise me of the correct method.

A question on performing a restore.

How does one determine what tapes (volumes) are required when a restore
is initiated.
