Regarding a user performing restores you may want to look at a couple of
other items too.  The "set access" command at the client command line to
grant restore access specifying any combination of node, user, and
filespec. Or, the "grant authority" command at the TSM server where the
user will be using the Web client ( Syntax: grant authority
ADMINISTRATOR classes=node node=NODENAME ). Other methods could result
in messages like "No files matching search criteria were found" where
the user attempting the restore differs from the user that performed the
backup on the file.
