There is more to the cabling - you need to consider termination outside of
the SCSI cards in case you'd like to power off one machine or the other.  To
do that, you can use Y cables at each end and put the terminator external.
Otherwise your diagram is correct.

You can get by without doing the external and let the internal termination
on the SCSI cards take over, if they're capable.  But I only do that for
short periods of time and not in a production environment.  It's no good to
have to reboot for a SCSI command that doesn't timeout.
